The bodies of four men with cut wounds neck found on Tuesday in a village in Nevelsk District of the Pskov region, the press service of the regional Investigative SCR control.
It is noted that the wounds are identical, and this gives grounds to believe that there is one person behind the murder.
Currently working at the scene investigators. Personality of the victims have not been fixed.
