In Astrakhan, on the basis of the Caspian summit, a meeting of Vladimir Putin with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The two presidents discussed the results of the IV Summit of the Caspian and the state of Russian-Turkmenistani relations in trade, economic and humanitarian spheres, BelTA IA REGNUM in the Kremlin.
