the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in Moscow was declared the capital of the emergency warning, a message posted on the Agency’s website.

According to rescuers, in the city from 23:00 GMT 14 Jan to 11:00 GMT on 15 January, is expected to snow and sleet. “Sometimes a Blizzard, the wind with gusts up to 13-18 m/s”, — is spoken in the message of rescuers.

Representatives of the Ministry also warned that “under the weather possible damage to power lines”, “partial felling of trees,” as well as “damage to poorly fortified and large format advertising structures”.
