Three local residents, vacationing on the Russian territory, tried to take a picture on the background of Ukrainian checkpoint “Red Talovka” on them and then opened fire – one of the men was shot in the chest. A passing car, he was taken to the Russian checkpoint “Voloshino” where the victim was taken to the hospital.

In the neighboring Luhansk People’s Republic under fire from Ukrainian security officials got a group of OSCE observers.
