Representatives of the Ministry of Emergencies and Rospotrebnadzor reported that the place where it is supposed to hold the festival (on the west coast of the Crimea) does not meet the requirements of its operation, and the district prosecutor’s office said that the planned sale of alcohol is contrary to the decision of the Crimean government.

«The prosecutor’s office appealed the decision of the village council session Shtormovskogo agreed upon holding the event in the presence of violations of the law. It was stated that the festival “Bifuz ‘presence does not mean the elimination of violations and his illegal conduct to eliminate violations is unacceptable,” – said in a statement of the Crimean prosecutor’s office.

The music festival “Bifuz” is the successor of the famous electronic music festival “Kazantip”, to be held this year in the traditional place of the meeting – on the west coast of the Crimea.
