Law enforcement authorities have detained a suspect in Chelyabinsk in the kidnapping of nine year old boy from an orphanage in the city of Orenburg region Abdulino, the child was with a man. This was reported by an employee of GU MVD in the Chelyabinsk region, RIA Novosti reported.
According to her, currently it established that the arrested man – is the one that was wanted on suspicion of kidnapping orphans. With the boy now working staff of the juvenile, the employee added Chelyabinsk police.
As the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia (MRS), Vladimir Markin, doctors examined the boy, his health is not threatened.
Markin said that the detained men – 41-year-old Sergei Ushakov was previously convicted for the most serious crimes.
According to investigators, on the morning of July 25 Ushkov, being at the orphanage Abdulino, fraudulently withdrawn illegally 9-year-old pupil outside the children’s home in an unknown direction.
