Driver snowthrower Vnukovo admitted in an accident because of a broken radio – RBC

One of the key defendants in the criminal case of the death of the head of Total Christophe de Margerie, the driver snowthrower Vladimir Martynenko, admitted his guilt in full, noting that the aircraft collided with the head of Total due to a broken radio. «Because fault radio [Martynenko] heard the signal and began to perform a reverse maneuver crossing the runway,” – said the defender.

The fact that Martynenko fully admitted his guilt, Karabanov said yesterday. The lawyer also added that his client had asked the court to consider the case in a special manner. If the other defendants in the case will not ask for a special order and request Martynenko, the Court is satisfied that his case can be allocated in a separate proceeding, explained Karabanov.

Earlier, the lawyer of another defendant in the case – manager-trainer Alexander Kruglov – said that the final charge Martynenko plan to present on January 21.
