« The draft law provides for the addition of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the system of legal norms that form in its unity Institute of corporate criminal liability, “- said in a memorandum.
In order to standardize the principles of criminal liability bill is supposed to apply the provisions of the general part of the Criminal
Code, determining the penal consequences of committing a crime, both in relation to the physical, and in relation to legal persons.
