According to the deputies of the State Duma new rules for licensing of educational activities may have an impact on driving schools, up to their complete disappearance. At the moment, these requirements are not feasible, practical, for all schools involved in teaching drivers. This led to the fact that for 90% of driving schools forced to close.
The MP from the Communist Party Oleg Smolin Dmitry Medvedev sent a request to make a change in the law “On licensing of educational activities.” In particular, according to Smolin want to cancel the item that requires a driving school to coordinate their educational programs with the traffic police. Also MP believes that all of these restrictions and norms encourage corruption in permitting instances.
