A deputy of the “United Russia” Raziet Nath initiated the introduction of amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences. They will affect employers’ liability for the use of illegal labor. For such violations the new bill provides for fines to be three times more than current now.
The MP believes that the current penalties do not encourage employers to formalize staff. This tends to undermine the labor market, and the violator makes a non-compliance with the legislation.
After the law the penalty will be from 6 to 15 thousand rubles.
