Representatives of Russia and France have prepared a document on the agreement on the type of helicopter carrier “Mistral”, RIA Novosti reported, citing a source in the sphere of military-technical cooperation.
«The two governments should put their signatures under the draft document who coordinated the expert delegation of the Russian Federation and France, it is ready to sign, “- said the source.
According to him, after the government had to put their signatures under the document until July 10, but at the moment it does not happened.
Earlier, a source agency reported that the representatives of Russia and France have agreed on the amount of pre-penalty, which should compensate for the loss of the Russian-built helicopter in its order type “Mistral”, the supply of which Paris is considered impossible because of the imposed on Russian sanctions. Earlier media reported that the Defense Ministry calls for non-compliance of the order € 1,163 billion, and France is ready to pay as compensation for “expenses and losses” only € 784,5 млн.
