The number of injured in road accidents in the Krasnoyarsk region has risen to nine – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, July 9 – RIA Novosti. Nine people were injured in the collision of two buses in the Krasnoyarsk region, reports Regional Directorate of Internal Affairs.

It was reported earlier in a car accident that killed 11 people and hospitalized four.

The accident happened on Thursday around 4.00 (0.00 MSK) in the 143 kilometer highway M-54 “Yenisei”. According to preliminary data, the bus Hyundai, in which there were 24 passengers, was traveling from Kyzyl to Krasnoyarsk and drove into the oncoming lane, collided head-on with a minibus in a Mercedes Benz, follow the route Lesosibirsk-Shushenskaya. As a result, 11 people died of the van, including the driver.

“As a result of an accident involving two buses to the hospital hospitalized nine people,” – said in a statement.

A law enforcement source in the region said that the bus belongs to Hyundai motor transport enterprises of Krasnoyarsk and minibus Mercedes Benz – a private person, which is to manage it at the time of the accident.
