Moscow. 12 Dec. INTERFAX.RU European University in St. Petersburg did not agree with the suspension of their licenses into the spotlight and intends to seek settlement of the situation, according to a published Monday on the website of the University comments.
In the administration of the European University said that the Rosobrnadzor suspended the license in connection with large-scale audits of the University, which were held this summer. The audit, the University has provided the service report about elimination of the revealed violations, however, the Agency disagreed with him.
At the European University noted that the violations for which the University has suspended the license are formal. So, according to rosobrnadzora, in the Department of political science and sociology does not include the appropriate proportion of teachers – both of science and of sociology; teachers working fixed term contracts, did not pass the certification; the University with its location specified in the license, there is no gym.
“All of these items either based on a specific interpretation of the provisions of the law or on an internal evaluation of the Supervisory authority of the extent of compliance with the re regulations, the precise Foundation of which the University was not known until the very last moment (the text of the act of Rosobrnadzor on the presence of the remaining 4 violations were handed out at the meeting in government on 9 December 2016)”, – stated in the message.

Since its inception in 1994, the University has always paid great attention to the quality of personnel, quality of educational process, effective management and development of advanced science” – added to the University.

meanwhile, member of the Board of Trustees of the University Alexei Kudrin expressed hope for resolution of the situation with the license.
