I ask not to deprive me of my freedom, my wife in her illness will be difficult,”— said Evgeny Kuznetsov in court. He was sent under house arrest until November 29. Under house arrest went two other defendants — Alexander Valuev and Alexander Timofeyev, who “showed signs of active repentance”, admitted his guilt and testified for the other defendants.
