the Lawyer Ilya Novikov reported on his Twitter on Wednesday morning that Nadezhda Savchenko, convicted in Russia for the murder of Russian journalists in the Donbass, and pardoned by President Vladimir Putin, arrived in Moscow at the meeting of the Supreme court in the case of Ukrainians Stanislaus Cliche and Nicholas Karpuk.

There, she became the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the in addition part of the Ukrainian delegation to the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

Savchenko has repeatedly said that he was going to deal with the theme of liberation of the Ukrainian servicemen who were captured during military operations in the Donbass. In recent months, she sharply criticized the Ukrainian authorities for insufficient efforts to resolve the situation in the East of the country. It sounded response criticism and suspicion that the actions Savchenko can be beneficial to Moscow.
