In the presidential administration (AP) Russia began to actively discuss the reorganization plans, which may begin with the reform of the political unit. About it writes on Wednesday, 19 October, “Kommersant”, citing sources in the Kremlin and AP.
According to sources in the presidential administration “there is a trend towards consolidation”. In particular, the political bloc of the two administrations on domestic policy and on public projects — it is proposed to merge. This deals with the head of the Department of civil service and shots of the President Anton Fedorov, who previously worked with the new Deputy head of the AP Sergei Kiriyenko in Rosatom.
Another source said that the reform of the political unit will become part of the reorganization of the entire presidential administration under the leadership of its new head of Anton Vaino. Currently, there is an approval procedure reforms linked to the budget approval process, the results of which will become clear to the personnel of government agencies.
Previously, according to “Kommersant” sources in the AP talked about the merger of several departments: internal policies — with the administration of public projects; interregional and cultural relations with foreign countries — with the Department for socioeconomic cooperation with CIS, Abkhazia and South Ossetia; public relations and communications — with management of the press service and information of the Department of civil service and personnel — managed awards; management to ensure the constitutional rights of citizens — Department on work with citizens and organizations.
