KIEV, May 24. Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Shkiryak Zoryan said that the detainees in the conflict zone in the Donbass Russian citizens must be condemned as war criminals.
“They are charged with participation in a terrorist organization and involvement in the killings, as far as I know. According to our legislation , they are engaged in the Security Service, because it is a national security issue. We can not exclude the international court, but in general, these people, of course, must be condemned in Ukraine. They committed crimes in our territory, “- said Shkiryak, reports UNN with reference on channel 112.
The Russian citizens Yevgeny Yerofeyev Alexander Alexandrov APU fighters were detained near the town of Happiness in the Luhansk region.
