A group of deputies of the State Duma asked the Russian President Vladimir Putin to return the honorary title “Heroine Mother”, says “Izvestia».

The appeal was signed by deputies from “United Russia” Maria Kozhevnikova, Valery Trapeznikov, Magomed Selimkhanov Valery Yakushev and MPs from the “Fair Russia” Alexei Kazakov and Mikhail Serdyuk (author of the initiative).

According to the parliamentarians, the return the title of recognition by the state emphasize the special role of the mother in the Russian society, and will be an additional factor stimulating family . It is planned that the “hero mothers” can be called women bringing up 10 or more children.
