President Russia Vladimir Putin will announce the message to the Federal Assembly on 1 December. This was stated press Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.
“the Message will be the first number (Dec)”, – said Peskov.
He added that soon there will be a big press conference of the President, RIA Novosti reports.

Earlier information about the fact that Putin’s address to the Federal Assembly will be held next Thursday, confirmed in the state Duma.
