President Russia Vladimir Putin will announce the message to the Federal Assembly on 1 December. This was stated press Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.
“the Message will be the first number (Dec)”, – said Peskov.
He added that soon there will be a big press conference of the President, RIA Novosti reports.
