The doctor of the psychiatric hospital are granted Amnesty after the verdict in the case of the death of 38 people – tvnz

the Court sentenced the defendants in the criminal case about a fire in a psychiatric hospital in the Moscow region, which occurred on the night of April 25, 2013. As a result of incident then killed 38 people.

As reported by the official representative of IC Russia Svetlana Petrenko, the investigation found that the No. 6 SBHI of Moscow region “Psychiatric hospital № 14″ consisted of wooden parts and brick outbuildings. During the night of 25 April 2013, due to careless handling of fire by one of the patients, the ignition of the couch in the wooden parts of the building. There was a fire, which killed 36 patients and two employees.

the Court found the former head physician of the hospital Murad Shaova and his Deputy for security Michael Khokhlova guilty of infringement of requirements of fire security, entailed death of two or more persons appointed by it punishment in the form of 4,5 years of imprisonment to everyone. But in connection with the announcement on the 70th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war Amnesty and are exempted from punishment.
