Major fraud nearly one billion rubles failed to disclose to employees of Federal Security Service of the Novosibirsk region in cooperation with the Regional Commander of the Interior Ministry. The theft of diesel fuel destined for the Russian military group in the Arctic, accused two deputy directors of the Novosibirsk tank farm “Krasny Yar”.
