Novosibirsk Municipality again denied the Democratic coalition in carrying out the march and rally in the center of Novosibirsk, August 11th.

In the regional law on rallies indicated that it may be “critical infrastructure and communications, social infrastructure, including buildings and other facilities are engaged in cultural, sports and recreational sports organizations, children’s and educational institutions.”

The route of procession, in particular, it passes by a branch of the Academy of the Russian Investigative Committee, the New Siberian Institute, Department of Civil Registry Office Central District of the Department of Culture and the City Hall of Novosibirsk.

Earlier, the mayor’s office of Novosibirsk is not allowed to hold the Democratic Coalition march and rally, scheduled for August 9. Refusal motivated by the fact that the notification was submitted to the municipality too late.

On the Formation of the Democratic Coalition in April announced the leader of the “Progress Party” Alexei Navalny and RPR-Parnas Mikhail Kasyanov. Later, they said they plan to take part in regional elections this year in three regions – Kostroma, Kaluga and Novosibirsk.

Last week, the election commission refused to register the Novosibirsk Region coalition in the elections to the regional parliament of the high percentage of signatures invalid: the leaders of the list of staff and the head of a hunger strike.
