The museum’s director stood up for the victims of vandalism at the Manezh exhibition – RBC

The leaders of Russian federal and municipal museums defended held in “Manege” exhibition “Sculptures, which we do not see”, which was attacked by Orthodox activists. It is reported by Tass.

They stressed that the actions of “God’s will” undermine the authority of the Orthodox Church, violate the fundamental principle of inter-ethnic and inter-religious co-existence of peoples of Russia – the principle of tolerance. Orthodox “activists headed by Dmitry Tsorionovym (Enteo) August 14 ransacked the exhibition of sculptures in the Arena. The exhibition presents works by members of the artistic association Lassie (1954-1968) Vadim Siddur, Nikolai and Vladimir Silis Lemport.
