In addition, Dengin stressed that most of the social networks, as well as special programs and applications for them “were not created by domestic and foreign developers, so they can be used against Russia, even at the software level».

It is noted that the experts have supported this idea, however, expressed doubts about the need to regulate the issue at the level of laws, and not internal regulations and directives. The specialists also pointed to the desirability of separating the computers in public institutions by nature and processed by them contained information.

According to the deputy chairman of the Committee on Information Policy, to introduce a bill to the State Duma is scheduled this autumn.
