MOSCOW, August 4. / TASS /. The Ministry of Justice has prepared a bill that suggests to introduce such a rule, as a warning to top officials – governors, ministers, deputies – for violation of anti-corruption requirements. The bill placed on the legal information portal.
As noted in the explanation of the Justice Ministry, to date the federal law “On Combating Corruption” for persons holding public office of the Russian Federation (the governors, federal ministers, etc.) and government positions of the RF subjects for corruption offenses established only disciplinary liability measure – dismissal (dismissal) in connection with the loss of confidence. “No other measures of responsibility in such cases is not provided,” – said in the explanation of the Ministry of Justice
In this regard, the bill provides that in addition to the dismissal of them will apply this measure of disciplinary liability as a warning.. “It will be imposed in the case of insignificance of the offense, and if held responsible person has not previously been subjected to disciplinary action”, – the Ministry of Justice
If the scan “is the conclusion of a material,. culpable violation of the actions (or inaction) restrictions and prohibitions, requirements on the prevention and the settlement of conflict of interest and dereliction of duty, established for the purpose of combating corruption “will apply the disciplinary sanction of dismissal (dismissal, early termination of powers) in connection with the loss of confidence.
The current law “on Combating corruption”, where the changes are made, will be made available also to the chairman, vice-chairmen and judges of the Constitutional and Supreme courts of the RF, federal judges, the General Director of the judicial Department of the Supreme court, the prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the and members of the Central Election Commission, chairman of the Bank of Russia, the Russian security Council Secretary, Chairman of the RF IC, the Commissioner for protection of entrepreneurs’ rights in Russia.
The bill prepared by the Ministry of Justice to implement the National Anti-corruption plan for 2016-2017.
