In addition, it can be based on some kind of huge, ambitious government program (for example – based on the military-industrial complex), but this is not enough resources. And this runs the risk of dripping is not to revive the economy, and to finish it completely.

At the same time, coming to the premiership Kudrin or other people with this field require not only economic, but also political change. Among their demands will decrease security services business impact, and the reform of the judicial system … I do not think that the government is now ready for the reforms that will affect the basic operation of the power itself.

So I guess that kind of person which will replace Medvedev (and most likely it will be held after the presidential elections in 2018), will be different. Its name is from the experts, but it is not at the hearing. It will be a completely different type than those that are heard in the media space.

After the presidential elections of 2018 will have to carry out optimization of reform, that is, all kinds of cuts and reductions. It is necessary to raise the retirement age. Accordingly, the prime minister will be appointed a person who is willing to curses in his address to the rejection of its activities. That is – the man for whom it is not necessary neither the party nor the public opinion. This will be the prime minister, who is not going to make a political career and has nothing to lose in the electoral sense. Missing their own political ambitions will not disturb him to perform tasks set by the President. It is sharper than Medvedev, because the latter is constantly afraid to substitute his own party.

I think that the prime minister after Medvedev’s facial features will be similar to the early Serdyukov in the Defense Ministry. Serdyukov was not afraid to be an allergen. The newcomer to the army on the side of businesses and tax authorities, he did not suffer from the hatred of all the military class.
