The newspaper reports that Alexander and Jolanta Kwaśniewscy were the main objective of the CBA. As part of the operation “Christine” Kwaśniewscy been worked on for two years.
The prosecution wanted to introduce Kaminski allegations, but had to discontinue the proceedings in connection with the possession of the immunity of a former head of the CBA.
The offense alleged Kaminski is outdated should fall 2014, but a decision to maintain the immunity of Parliament suspends the period of limitation.
