The appeal was signed by six members of parliament representing the faction “United Russia” and “Fair Russia”. They believe that the honorary title should be awarded to women who have given birth to or adopted 10 children. They must not only receive the honorary title. This Tass said one of the authors of the initiative Valery Trapeznikov.
The chairman of public organization “Family and Peace” Anna Kislichenko believes that the amount of material incentives should vary depending on the number of native children in the family.
Note that the deputies have offered to return the title “Heroine Mother”, but the initiative has received a negative review of the government.
