Human rights activist Lyudmila Alexeyeva joined the HRC – On the eve

President Vladimir Putin turned on the head of the Moscow Helsinki Group Lyudmila Alexeyeva of the Presidential Council on Human Rights.

Earlier, the press secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov said that Putin approved the proposal of the HRC include human rights activist of the Human Rights Council human.
