SU RF IC in the Nizhny Novgorod region opened a criminal case under part 3 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code (negligence resulting in the death of two or more persons), after an accident involving a minibus transporting children from karate team Kazan in St. Petersburg.

Let us recall the tragedy occurred today at about 4 in the morning on the bypass road Kstovo near the village of New Likeevo. Minibus Mercedes, in which there were 20 people, including 12 children, drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a truck MAN. As a result, two adults and a 12-year-old girl died on the spot. The rest of the victims were taken to Children’s Hospital and the hospital Semashko. Two children are in critical condition.
