Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree related to the state secret information, which disclose losses of the armed forces in time of peace “during the period special operations “.
The term “special operation” in the document could not be explained.
In addition, it did not specify what kind of information about the Ministry of Defense losses are a state secret – statistics, names, descriptions of specific events, or anything else.
Previously considered a state secret information the losses of personnel only during the war.
The same decree refers to secret information about the people being studied by special services and law enforcement agencies in order to attract them to cooperate on a confidential basis through intelligence activities.
