The costs for an abortion can be passed on to the baby’s father – a REGNUM

At the same time the proposed changes to the Administrative Code – dodging the child’s father from the compensation costs associated with the artificial termination of pregnancy, involves compulsory work for a period of up to one hundred hours or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
The bill is designed to reduce the number of abortions in the country, the women enclosure of an act of violence against them because of lack of material security, strengthening the responsibility of fathers for the preservation of the health of the mother and the child’s life, says Lysyakov.
