The charge consisted of 12 items, and the total damage was estimated at three billion rubles, but in the court decreased the amount of six times.

The prosecution asked to sentence to eight years Vasilyev probation, but the court found that it is impossible to fix on the loose and he sentenced her to five years in prison.
