Conductor Sviatoslav Luther was found dead in his apartment in St. Petersburg. According to media reports, he was found hanging

The conductor Sviatoslav Luther found dead in his apartment in St. Petersburg. This TASS and “Interfax” reports with reference to its sources in law enforcement.

Sviatoslav Luther was born in 1971 into a family of musicians. Since 1998 he was the conductor of the State Symphony Orchestra of St. Petersburg. In 2004 he founded the project “Student Philharmonic” – free concerts for the students of all the universities of the city.
