The suspect in the murder of five bikers in Moscow Ilya Aseyev committed a crime in 15 seconds, it took him five rounds. This Saturday, May 14th, the newspaper “Kommersant».
Aseyev shot bikers early in the morning on May 8 near an abandoned brewery in the village Chёlohovo Yegoryevsky area where riders broke ground for the event dedicated to the completion of motocross in Victory Day. A man brought one of the members of the club “Wild Heart” on his motorcycle.
On Sunday night the company drank alcohol, and after midnight one of them announced the beginning of the day of his birth, the newspaper notes. After Aseyev refused to drink to his health and said that he no birthday, hero of the occasion, according to witnesses, weighed him the slap in the face, and then the bikers knocked a man down on the grass and “lightly kicked him.” There were no serious injuries.
Aseyev called a taxi and got to his house Yegorievsk. He took a smoothbore shotgun “Boar” 12 gauge, which was retrofitted with a laser designator and a red-dot sight, and in the same car returned to the camp of bikers. In the evening, 8 May 27 year-old Ilya Aseyev surrendered operatives who came to him and did not resist. The detention took place near his home in Yegorievsk. He also confessed to the crime and told all the circumstances of what happened.
On this fact opened a criminal case on grounds of crime under Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ( “Murder”). Egoryevsky Court of Moscow arrested Aseeva until 8 July, he confessed to the crime. At the meeting, he apologized for his actions, saying that it will change little.
