< / span>the Necessity of the separation of authorities, according to Lebedev, is due to the fact that today the regional court is considering the decision of the district court and adjudicates the appeals. These different actions does a single team, so it is logical to separate instances and make them independent.
< / span>Lebedev noted that the project involves the creation of five appellate and cassation nine districts. For the first 170 will need judges for the second – 790. The project will cost about 4 billion rubles.
< / span>In the opinion of the Chairman of the armed forces, the new changes should increase the objectivity and independence of the judicial proceedings.
