BRYANSK, 11 Dec — RIA Novosti. a Court in Bryansk when considering new high-profile cases of road accident with two dead bodies on Friday acquitted the owner of the Infiniti Olesya Sivakova, previously sentenced to 6 years in prison, according to a report on the court’s website.

“Fokinsky district court of Bryansk city in the criminal case against Sivakova O. N. rendered an acquittal. Under paragraph 2 of part 2 of article 302 of the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation Sivakova O. N. acquitted for participation in the Commission of a crime”, — stated in the message.

As explained by RIA Novosti the representative of the court, the verdict has not entered into force. In such cases for determining guilt and sentence, the case sent for new investigation.

the owner of the nail salons in the city of Bryansk were found guilty of the deaths in the accident, which occurred in June 2014 on the prospectus Moscow and caused a wide resonance in the city. Sivakov has repeatedly stated to the press that she will be able to avoid punishment, than has caused indignation of local residents.

Infiniti, driving at high speed on a red light, collided with another car, then crashed into a public transport stop, resulting in standing on a stop of 25-year-old man and 15-year-old girl died on the spot. Two more persons have got traumas of various severity.

during the investigation the accused pleaded not guilty, repeatedly stating that at the wheel foreign cars was not her, but her young man. He first confirmed her testimony, and then abandoned them, noting that initially incriminated himself out of love to the girl.

However, the court found her guilty in November 2015 Sivakova sentenced to 6 years in prison with a three-year driving ban. In addition, the defendant in the case was ordered to pay a million rubles to the parents of dead and 500 thousand rubles to one of the victims. The last word Sivakova reiterated that it is not to blame for the deaths of people, and later appealed the verdict.

Sentence Fokinskiy district court of the city of Bryansk against Sivakova was cancelled in March, when the Bryansk regional court granted the appeal. The case was remitted for a new trial in the judicial proceedings in the same court in other structure.
