“I Think that colleagues will offer suggestions about the need to simplify the documents, according to observers and journalists. It is very important now, thinking about the presidential campaign, to build a strategy. We will state some ideas, but implementation is a matter of the legislator,” said Pamfilova.

She also said that he wants to reorganize the Department to create a system that would work in any situation.

the CEC Chairman also commented on the possibility of holding early presidential elections. According to Pamfilova, the organization budgeted for 2017, because otherwise not be able to hold them in March 2018, as planned. “I’m surprised that this has raised such a lively discussion,” — said Pamfilova.

In turn, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist party Gennady Zyuganov has expressed confidence that presidential elections will be held before the scheduled date. According to him, in 2018 “the situation for the party in power will be much worse.”

7 November, the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the issue of the postponement of the presidential elections in Russia is not on the agenda in the Kremlin. He noted that there is a “normal job, quite stressful”.
