Therefore editorial Newspapers Wroclaw, Official West and New Tribune Opole jointly developed in this case a petition to Prime Minister Tusk.

Dear Sir,

In connection with the announcement by the Lord on Aug. 6, 2014 decision to abolish fees for the use of the A1 motorway at the weekend, we demand the introduction of an identical solution on the A4 motorway.

At a press conference on August 6 you informed that the driver will not pay a toll highway A1 to the sea during the remaining weekends of August, including a long weekend – 15-17.08. Great idea! But why so unjust?

Why drivers are treated selectively? Why do those who ride the sea can help, at the expense of those who chose to holiday in the south of Polish? Here, too, millions of Poles are going to leave, and have similar problems as those riding the A1 motorway.

After just one weekend traffic jams at the entrance to the A1 and several television relationship to the Lord took decisive action. We recall that at the toll on the A4 motorway, traffic jams powerful form of start of the holiday.

Here first losing valuable time and money later, the driver of the provinces of Malopolska of Silesia, Opole and Lower Silesia. Traffic jams are formed regularly not only from toll gates, but also because of repairs and reconstruction of nodes on a paid section. For example, in Wroclaw, more than a week cap exceeds 10 km. Unfortunately, nobody is interested.

Now, after the Lord’s decision, the driver paying the toll stoppered A4 in fact cover the cost of free and trouble-free driving on the A1 motorway.

We demand equal treatment of drivers and eliminate the need for charging on the A4 motorway in August weekends – as you did it in one stroke on the highway A1.
