Parafianowicz is no longer Vice President of PGNiG. Resigned – Dziennik.pl

Andrew Parafianowicz has resigned from the Management Board of PGNiG SA on 7 August 2014 without giving a reason – reads.

The function of vice president Andrew Parafianowicz held from 31 December 2013. He was responsible for corporate matters.

June 18, 2014, the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA has suspended it operations vice president. PGNiG reported at the time that it happened due to “the necessity to clarify issues related to his published statements regarding the company”.

PGNiG is present on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2005, the Group is engaged in production of natural gas and crude oil in the country, imports of natural gas to Polish, storage of gas in underground storage of gas, distribution of gaseous fuels, as well as deposit development natural gas and crude oil in the country and abroad, and the provision of services geological, geophysical and exploration in Poland and abroad.
