Andrew Parafianowicz has resigned from the Management Board of PGNiG SA on 7 August 2014 without giving a reason – reads.
The function of vice president Andrew Parafianowicz held from 31 December 2013. He was responsible for corporate matters. June 18, 2014, the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA has suspended it operations vice president.
