Gudkov not convinced mayor of Moscow memorialize Nemtsov “right now” – RBC

According to Gudkov, his knowledge of the legislative restrictions that prevent immediate commemoration Nemtsov, but what happened, according to him, “force majeure, beyond the scope of the law.” He believes that the government could initiate changes in urban legislation to make it possible to perpetuate the memory of the murdered politician right now, but limited formal reply. “This means that the authorities will have to continue to clean up the bridge flowers that bear and carry people, conflicts and social tensions continue to grow”, – said the deputy RBC.

Nemtsov was shot in the Greater Moscow River bridge on the night of February 28. The case is currently under arrest five people: Zaur Dadaev, which investigators believe the murder performer, Temirlan Eskerhanov, Anzor and Shagid Gubashevy and Khamzat Bach.
