The authorities of the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republic considers biased and unworkable decree of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on the demarcation of the border with Russia, as the legal acts of Ukraine shall have no legal force in the territory of New Russia. This was reported by RIA “Novosti» .
«According to the document the enemy plans to stop the work of all checkpoints on the state border between Ukraine and the Russian Federation. Biased decree is obviously impossible for the Ukrainian side, as applies to the territory of New Russia, where any legal acts of Ukraine does not have legal force, “- said in a staff.
Earlier Poroshenko signed decree “On Urgent Measures for the Protection of Ukraine and strengthening its defense capability.” According to the document, he ordered to temporarily close the border crossing points with Russia.
