According to the law, if a party does not have time to open the required number of regional offices in the deadline but to the end of the trial is to refuse registration in the region, the period is extended. Game Navalny originally bore the name of “People’s Alliance” and was created in December 2012. Movement twice denied official registration. Navalny was elected chairman of the 17 November 2013.
