The Constitutional Committee of the State Duma lower house of parliament recommended to take on October 7 in the first reading a bill on compensation from the budget of the citizens and companies whose property was expropriated by foreign vessels. According to the project, together with the award of compensation, the court may consider recourse to a foreign country, the court ruled that “an unjust judicial act.” In this case, Russia will have the right to withdraw located in a country estate owned by “a person at the request of a foreign court which has been imposed unjust judicial act” and if that is not enough – also present in Russia for the property of a foreign state.
