As part of the preventive operation “Poppy-2014″ drug control officers detained two residents of Primorye, which was discovered more than 138 kilograms of marijuana, according to Press Service of the regional Federal Drug Control Service.
At the time of arrest the two young men were intoxicated.
All found the drug belongs to two unemployed local residents
19 years and ’21. 
According to them, they are collected and stored drugs without intent to sell.
A criminal case under article “Illegal manufacture, possession of drugs on a large scale”, for which there is up to 15 years in prison.
