Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev at the opening of the second meeting of Secretaries of Security Council of the CIS in Moscow said that the CIS summit held October 10 in Minsk.

«At the CIS summit in Minsk to discuss issues of international cooperation, in particular, the CIS countries in the field of security,” – said Mr. Patrushev. According to him, will cover issues that will be discussed at today’s meeting, in particular, the emergence of new threats, including militants from the “Islamic state”, according to “RIA Novosti”.
