The opposition intends to March 1 held in Moscow a mass rally called Crisis march “Spring”. This was announced by the leader of the Progress Party Alexei Navalny. The organizers intend to take to the streets 100 thousand people.
As the organizers of the action are the RPR-Parnassus, Progress Party, the Party of December 5 and “Solidarity”. However, the organizers are invited to participate in the preparation of action the largest possible number of people and organizations.
“If in preparation for the march will be attended by 10 thousand people, we derive the streets at least 100-150 thousand, and of our requirements can not be brushed aside,” – wrote the co-chairman of the RPR-Parnassus Boris Nemtsov.
Among the requirements of the action – the adoption of anti-crisis measures, tolerance of opposition parties and candidates to participate in elections, legislation against illicit enrichment of officials, the abolition of censorship, the release of all political prisoners, judicial reform, the reduction of military spending, cancel solutions confiscation of pension funds and many others.
According to Navalny, in the preparation of the list of requirements was based on the results of a large case study of the Fund to fight corruption. The organizers of the march “to isolate precisely those topics for which the citizens are ready to take to the streets,” he explained.
The last major opposition rally, peace march was held on 21 September. In Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities have passed anti-war actions. In the capital, in a consistent march along the boulevards was attended by over 25 thousand people. The procession was held in police surrounded and accompanied by provocateurs (
PHOTOS, VIDEO ). In Novosibirsk, the march was disrupted by police and provocateurs. In Yekaterinburg, arrested one of the organizers of the rally.
In St. Petersburg, the action was not agreed upon and passed in the format of the People’s Assembly ( VIDEO ).

Requirements Marsh Crisis “Spring”
The current regime, after years of eating away oil money has led the country to a standstill and completely broke. Putin and his government can not take the country out of crisis and must leave. We demand the adoption of anti-crisis measures that are supported by the people and political forces on a broad front.
Political requirements:
- An absolute tolerance of opposition parties and candidates to participate in elections. Ensuring fair elections, the formation of the new composition of election commissions by all participants of the elections.
- An immediate end to the war and any aggression against Ukraine.
- Well-known major corrupt from Rotenberg and Timchenko to Sechin and Serdyukov Yakunin to be transferred to justice. Demand the enactment of legislation against illicit enrichment officials.
- Stop the propaganda hysteria in the media and to lift censorship. As a first step – to give the opposition one o’clock airtime per week on one of the central channels.
- The immediate release of all political prisoners.
- Russia needs a judicial reform that provides real independence of the courts.
- The control system every town and village in the Kremlin has shown to be ineffective. The country needs a decentralization of power.
The socio-economic requirements:
- Reducing the bloated military-police costs (one-third of the federal budget) twice and the direction of the liberated funds for the development of human capital – health and education.
- Cancellation of useless food “kontrsanktsy” that led to the rise in food prices.
- To reallocate funds in favor of the regions and local governments to finance social and communal infrastructure.
- Termination of the infusion of hundreds of billions in state-owned companies (Rosneft, VEB, VTB, Gazprombank, and others).
- Cancellation of decisions to confiscate citizens’ pension savings.
