Russia’s President Vladimir Putin appointed Nikolai Abros’kina for the post of the first deputy chief of staff president. The corresponding decree was published on the official portal of legal information.
In November 2014 Abroskin was appointed deputy manager of the president.
From 1999 to 2011 he held the post of head Abroskin Spetsstroy, then he became State Duma deputy from the “United Russia” and a member of the Committee on Budget and Taxes.
