The delegation included representatives of non-partisan and supra-national group called “For a new dialogue with Russia,” which was created by the European Parliament at the end of June.

According to the head of this group, the representative of the party of Nicolas Sarkozy “Republicans” Nadine Morano, it consists of French deputies, Italian Elisabetta Gardini, representing the party of Silvio Berlusconi’s “Forza Italia”, several of her colleagues from the Italian delegation, as well as representatives of the United Kingdom, Germany and Portugal.
