Prosecutor General’s Office threatened to court in the event of failure to close the case against Mason – Rosbalt.RU


 Russian Prosecutor General’s Office insists on the illegality of the attraction to “Domodedovo” criminal responsibility of one of the owners of the airport Dmitry Mason in connection with the commission there is a terrorist attack in 2011.

 Deputy Prosecutor General Vladimir Malinovsky said that, in the opinion of authorities, the consequences resulting from the death of the terrorist at the airport are not grounds for charges against the owners of the airport.

 If the Investigation Committee does not dismiss the case against top managers and “Domodedovo” owner, General Prosecutor’s Office reserves the right to go to court.

 “We sent a letter to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, and now we are waiting for his answer. We have the relevant procedural levers, including recourse to the courts, if our letter will remain unanswered “, – said Malinowski

 The actual owner of “Domodedovo” Dmitry masons were charged under Art. 238 of the Criminal Code (the execution of works or services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons).

 

 As part of the same criminal case and arrested the former head of the Russian representation of the company “Airport Management Company Limited” Svetlana Trishina, Managing Director of JSC “Domodedovo Airport Avieyshen Security” Andrey Danilov and former director of the airport complex Vyacheslav Nekrasov.

 

 According to investigators, Mason, Trishina, Nekrasov and Daniel introduced a new inspection system at the entrances to the airport terminal, which has increased the vulnerability of the airport and therefore the provision of civil aviation services that do not meet safety requirements. As a result, in January 2011, Magomed Yevloyev freely held in the building of the airport complex “Domodedovo” international airport with under clothes hidden explosive device and fired his undermining.
