Deputy Prosecutor General Vladimir Malinovsky said that, in the opinion of authorities, the consequences resulting from the death of the terrorist at the airport are not grounds for charges against the owners of the airport.
If the Investigation Committee does not dismiss the case against top managers and “Domodedovo” owner, General Prosecutor’s Office reserves the right to go to court.

The actual owner of “Domodedovo” Dmitry masons were charged under Art. 238 of the Criminal Code (the execution of works or services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons).

According to investigators, Mason, Trishina, Nekrasov and Daniel introduced a new inspection system at the entrances to the airport terminal, which has increased the vulnerability of the airport and therefore the provision of civil aviation services that do not meet safety requirements.
